Reservations, Cancellation and Return Policy
. Rates in US Funds
. Rentals require a $400 deposit at time of booking
. 100% rental fee due at or within 90 days of reservation
. $50 processing fee on all cancellations. Deposit refunded if cancellation notice is received 90 days or more before reservation
. No refund if less than 90 days notice prior to arrival is given or for
early departures
. Does not include $75 cleaning fee
. Does not include a 13.5% state and county resort tax
